To neutralize a Pickle Pot® solution for disposal, ensure extra space within the container to hold the current amount of solution plus one half more in volume. A chemical reaction is present when combining Magic Pickle® and Magic Override, resulting in bubbling thru out the mixture. This increases solution volume to 1.5X the original amount. The product is neutralized once the reaction is complete and the mixture becomes calm with minimal bubbling.
- To neutralize acids that are present, mix 1 tablespoon of Magic Override with 12-16 ounces of water, stirring until powder dissolves
- Remove jewelry from pickle pot. Place into Magic Override water solution, remove, rinse with plain water before steam cleaning
